The project consists of a 9 unit development located within the village of Clonlara. The houses consist of 3 bungalows and 6 semi detached A rated homes.

Project Details

This project was completed for Clare County Council, in association with Rebuilding Ireland. The Architects and Engineers were Hassett Leyden and Associates, Ennis. The project scope was, to construct the above including all site development works. The site was a second phase of a already existing scheme build in 2013 consisting of 11 units. works also included significant upgrade to Irish water infrastructure to the area and a installation of specialist water retention system due to the close proximity to the head race canal which services Ardnacrusha power plant.
